General information

ALL of my works, including commission results, may not be used to train Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) #NoAI. This point is non-negotiable, and any infringing parties will be blacklisted upon discovery of compelling evidence. The blacklist may also be shared to other parties of interest (including but not limited to: friends, other artists and clients, etc.) as necessary.

In spirit of creativity, my process are 100% GenAI-free. If, and when it is used, the result will be labeled as such and parts where generative AI was used will be disclosed in sufficient detail.

Payments are to be done at least 50% upfront. Work will not start before payment is received, and the final file will not be sent before whole payment is completed if it hasn't already.

The price listed above are base price. I may adjust the pricing depending on the complexity of your order.

I typically work with flexible deadline, but if you need the order to be done within a certain timeframe, please notify me beforehand and I'll see if that can be arranged.

If for any reason you need to cancel the order, I can issue a) A partial refund - defined as 50% of the agreed price of the commission if paid fully upfront - before the sketch are finalized, or b) A full refund if work has not yet started at all. Beyond these, whatever payments you have made are locked in and cannot be refunded.

I may decline your commission request on my own discretion.

Minor revisions are offered up to 3 times, up to base color stage. For major revisions, I accept it once before the sketch is finalized. For reference, here are my workflow:

You may ask me reasonably about the progress of the order at any time. Additionally, I'll also report to you whenever a point from the flowchart above is reached.

I reserve the right to post the downscaled result on my social channels for portfolio. You can make it private only if you wish, however it will incur an additional charge.

If/when you repost the result on your personal channels, please credit me as Ember K. Sparks or @EmberKSparks, whichever is more convenient. It's not mandatory, but is greatly appreciated!
